Energy bars

Ingredients:

Sesame seeds -250gm

Flax seeds-250gm

Oats- 150gm

Pine nuts-100gm

Almond (crushed)-100gm

Chestnut- 100gm

Raisins-100gm

Walnut-100gm

Dark chocolate

Method:

Roast the sesame and flax seeds in a pan for 5 min

Melt the chocolate 

Then mix all the ingredients into the melted chocolate

Spread the mixture into a rectangle shaped metal box and let it settle well

Freeze it overnight and cut the big energy bar into small pieces per your choice.
